I. Founding Vision and Core Ethos
Empathy, Fairness, and Collective Responsibility
The People’s Priority Movement (PPM) stands for a society in which empathy guides decision-making, fairness is nonnegotiable, and collective responsibility uplifts everyone.
We reject the notion that personal success must come at the expense of others. Instead, we believe that empowering all citizens expands individual opportunity.
Unity Against Authoritarianism
PPM was conceived as a direct response to rising authoritarian forces and ultra-capitalist excess. We stand firmly against authoritarian executives, white supremacy, technofascism, and the concentrated power of billionaires who exploit the public and undermine democratic institutions.
Transcending Traditional Politics
While we recognize the need to engage with existing political structures, PPM aims to go beyond the two-party system. We believe that real change happens when honest people—regardless of party—come together to resist corruption and share power more equitably.
Protecting and Empowering the American People
PPM emphasizes the role of government as a service to its citizens. We envision a government that delivers genuine benefits, invests in healthcare, education, and infrastructure, and is transparent and accountable to the people who fund it.
II. Organizational Structure and Growth
Organic Beginnings
Currently, PPM is led by a small group, primarily the founder (RAGECOGNITO) and his family. Support has grown online through word-of-mouth and grassroots engagement rather than formal institutional structures.
Decentralization and Potential Local Chapters
Over time, as membership increases and resources become available, we envision a decentralized network of local chapters. Each chapter would operate under shared core values while adapting strategies to local needs.
Membership and Vetting
At present, anyone who is honest and committed to resisting authoritarianism is welcome to align with PPM. Should the movement expand, clear vetting processes (e.g., basic alignment with PPM’s values) and shared security protocols will be established.
Transparency vs. Security
PPM acknowledges the need to protect members and strategies from hostile actors. While we value transparency, we also prioritize safe communication and operational pauses when necessary.
We intend to collaborate with digital security experts and whistleblower advocates to develop secure channels and protocols as the movement scales.
III. Policy Positions and Priorities
Immediate Priority: Resisting Authoritarianism
Objective: Prevent further concentration of executive and corporate power. Stop the dismantling of federal agencies that safeguard public welfare and democracy.
Methods: Targeted counter-misinformation efforts, focused electoral campaigns, whistleblower protections, and public transparency measures.
Healthcare as a Human Right
Objective: Transition from a for-profit healthcare model to a system that guarantees affordable or free access to essential health services.
Why It Matters: Medical costs drive many Americans into bankruptcy, undermining social stability and economic freedom. Addressing this crisis is crucial to restoring faith in public institutions.
Ethical Taxation and Economic Reform
Objective: Ensure that the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share, closing loopholes and halting exploitative practices.
Goal: Level the playing field by reallocating resources toward public goods—education, infrastructure, healthcare, and sustainable energy.
Philosophy: Taxes are the public’s investment in government’s ability to serve. Ethical, progressive taxation aligns with a well-functioning democracy.
Strengthening Democratic Institutions
Objective: Impose stricter controls on executive power, introduce or strengthen term limits for key positions, and remove the corrosive influence of dark money in politics.
Why It Matters: Restoring trust in institutions begins with eliminating the undue influence of billionaires, corporations, and foreign interference in elections and policy-making.
IV. Methods and Tactics
Peaceful, Targeted Actions (Surgical Strikes)
PPM advocates coordinated, highly effective actions that disrupt authoritarian agendas without unnecessary expenditure of resources.
Examples:
Carefully planned legal or political challenges.
Strategic counter-campaigns to misinformation.
Mass protests that specifically block or disrupt illicit exercises of power (e.g., preventing access to key government functions by corrupt actors).
Grassroots Organizing & Community Building
Expand public awareness through authentic storytelling, online channels (Substack, YouTube, dedicated websites), and real-world gatherings.
Foster local groups committed to PPM’s values, enabling them to prioritize the most pressing issues in their communities.
Collaboration Over Confrontation
Where possible, work with labor unions, advocacy groups, ethical politicians from any party, and other grassroots movements that share our dedication to dismantling authoritarianism and promoting equity.
Maintain a spirit of coalition-building rather than factionalism.
Nonviolent Resistance, With an Understanding of Risk
PPM remains committed to nonviolent means. However, we recognize the potential for reprisals from powerful entities and acknowledge that our supporters may face personal or financial risks.
Our stance: “No retreat, no surrender,” but always informed by careful strategy and a focus on preserving lives and livelihoods whenever possible.
V. Growth and Public Outreach
Accountability and Value-Driven Messaging
Rather than flashy marketing or constant self-promotion, PPM leaders aim to demonstrate tangible results and mutual support within the community.
The movement’s growth strategy is built on trust, showing people the benefits of solidarity and principled action, rather than simply telling them.
Digital Platforms
While major social media platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) are currently off-limits for the founder due to ethical concerns, PPM remains open to members who responsibly use these platforms.
The focus is on safe, community-driven online spaces (Substack, websites, etc.) that allow meaningful interaction without compromising the movement’s ethical standards or security.
Vision for Earned Alliances
PPM seeks connections with public figures, activists, experts, and ethical leaders—underlining a desire to “earn” these collaborations rather than force them.
Potential allies include thought leaders, political reformers, federal employee unions, and any individuals or organizations dedicated to combating authoritarian tendencies.
VI. Long-Term Vision: A Post-Authoritarian U.S.
Balanced and Accountable Governance
Power is distributed through checks and balances that are rigorously upheld, with term limits and financial transparency curtailing corruption.
Elections are fair and accessible, free from disproportionate corporate or foreign influence.
Widespread Socioeconomic Justice
Citizens enjoy guaranteed healthcare, affordable education, and living wages.
Ethical taxation ensures that the wealthiest contribute proportionally, reinvesting in the nation’s collective future.
Global Solidarity Among Democracies
PPM envisions the U.S. sharing leadership responsibilities on the world stage with other free and democratic societies, working collaboratively to defend human rights, address climate change, and sustain peace.
Community-Driven Progress
Ultimately, PPM aspires to a society where local initiatives flourish under broader national policies that genuinely serve the people.
Grassroots empowerment and decentralized organizing reinforce a political culture that values empathy, fairness, and collective responsibility.
In Closing
The People’s Priority Movement is a call to action—uniting citizens across political affiliations to confront authoritarian power structures and place the well-being of all Americans at the forefront. Grounded in empathy, fairness, and resilience, the movement seeks to harness strategic, targeted action to dismantle oppressive systems and enact policies that truly serve the public good.
Immediate Action: Resist authoritarianism in all forms, shield core democratic institutions, and champion accessible healthcare.
Long-Term Goal: Transform the political and economic landscape to ensure a fair, inclusive, and transparent society for current and future generations.
This document serves as a living framework, adapting as the movement grows, learns, and forges alliances. Our challenge is immense—but by focusing on principled strategy, solidarity, and the conviction that people united in a just cause cannot be silenced, The People’s Priority Movement stands ready to usher in a new era of democratic empowerment.
